I retroffited one of the cheap ebay halo headlights with Audi A6 Projector lights. It turned out to be a success. Here's a comparison of the stock headlights with sylvannia lights vs. retro Audi A6 HIDs.

daylight pics w/ lights off please.

those just show a big blob of light, brighter but we can't really tell what's going on (especially w/ pics that big).

 

Nicely done, shoulda done that with the stock headlights though.

I have been wanting this for mine too. You used Audi projectors you said? Take pics and give tips. I bought my halos for the 98+ conversion and wanted to do HID but never saw anyone else who had. I demand more pics!

 

Nice work. Pics of the beam pattern on a wall or something would be more beneficial. They just are too close the way the pictures were shot. i've got a Audi A6 HID Retrofit setup for sale.... PM me if any of you guys want it

I'd get those lights too for my car..
Then bake them and take the halos out,
The clear appearance of the lenses look so much better then oem lenses.

 

Did you retrofit your fogs to hids too? Need some cutoff shots, and resize.

 

yeah id like to see cutoff pics also. i can imagine that there's still quite a bit of glare from the looks of those pictures.

 

What buyer did you get this from?

Not if you just got HIDs for the bling
