Default I'm wondering, how many inches should I....

I'm wondering, how many inches should I drop my '94 Civc DX hatch to make it look nice and run into only few manufactuer defects?

I'm thinkin about dropin it 1.9 inches in the front and 1.8 inches in the rear

Does anyone know the stock spring rates for this hatch or where to find them at?

I can't seem to find a very good website for your stock spring rates ...but I think that the drop you want will be a great setup..(is what you will usually see on the street).you will be able to fit rims up to about 18in. maybe 17in. for sure with no rub....although if you plan on putting on a front lip you will most likely have to drive up steep obstacles sideways...(ie driveways, speed bumps, etc....) trust me if you dont slow down and go sideways you will break your front lip ....I have a 93 EG lowered abot the same as you want to do and i put a lip on there and broke it the next week...so if you are putting on a lip u might want to lower it as much and buy an adjustable system...i just have ground control springs with tokico blue shocks (no adjustabilty) but my car sits nice and handles great...!

My EM1 is lowered about 2.7 inches with a Type R lip. That should equal a total a little over 3 inches.

I have 2.25 and 2.00(neuspeed race) on my hatch and I want to drop it a little more. The front is tucking a little and the back is not even tuckin. I have 93 Civic cx.

weird my car has been lowered more than that and wait, low and behold i could still drive it, odd, because apparently it is impossible to drive a car lowered 3 inches.

The stock spring rates I think are 120F/90R. Rear being slightly progressive I believe.

shet, why not take out the springs and ride on the bunpstops! if your lowred 3in in front already theres not much if any suspension travel to begin with.
