Jdm Headlight help. Yellow Fogs

I was wondering if anyone knew how to replace the fog lamp on the jdm headlights other than heating it up and taking it apart.

Are talking about the bulb or the insert. I have taking them out and put them in without having to take it apart. Get the right tools for the job. It will make your life easier.

I am talking about the bulb insert. I did try to search for it but it didnt come up with anything
