Exhaust Bolt Question
I have a 92 RS and I need those spring bolts for the muffler/midpipe section and for the header/cat section. Are those all the same Honda/Acura wise?
My new exhuast didn't come with them.

i think hey are all the same, or atleast have the same fucntion, the allow the header to flew when the motor rocks or moves around
ive seen headers break off at the flange when the springs are not used
im sure you can get then off any 4 cylinder hona at the junkyard

Exactly. I'm placing an order at Majestic and figured I could toss in some Honda bolts and springs for my DA.
I need them for the Muffler to midpipe and header to cat section right?
Thanks,
Steve

You only need spring bolts for the header to cat flange, the bolts connecting the cat to the midpipe and the midpipe to the muffler are regular bolts. So you will only need 2 spring bolts total.
The exhaust I ordered (Tsudo N1) has a threaded opening on the midpipe to muffler section. None of the other sections do. Is that just a straight bolt? I could have sworn it was spring loaded.

I have a 92 LS, and it's only 1 set of spring bolts connecting the cat to the header on my aftermarket exhaust. The rest are conventional bolts. The stock system has spring bolts for both the midpipe and muffler, but the flange is a little different than an aftermarket one. I am running an HKS Sport Exhaust, and I am assuming the Tsudo would be set up similarly to the HKS, although I think mine came with conventional bolts for the midpipe-muffler connection. I would buy both types, and see what works best, since the aftermarket flange (flat) is a bit different from the stock exhaust flange (concave).
