Sport Compact Nights Toronto Pictures (103 Pics 56K Warning)
I went up to SCN this weekend with http://www.vitalmotion.net and was the official photographer for the event for them since I had the best camera out of all the guys LOL. It was about 12 hours on our feet straight but a lot of nice cars came out and everyone had a good time. So here are the pics.

lol wooooooow.
the funny face'd chick and the fatty with a pouch were cracking me up. it was making me feel akward and uneasy just looking at the pics, i could only imagine it for you. it looked like they were following you around for an hour and jumping infront of your camera every time you tryed to take a pic! hahahahhaah ok.
wayyy too much JDM rice at the show
but at the very end their were a few clean cars, and your pics are looking great

to the Americans on this site and viewing these pics:
-Not all those cars were representative of the rest of Canada (there was alot of crap/rice? in those pics, please believe me when I tell you that we can actually turn out decently & tastefully modded Sport Compacts.
-We do have hot women / women that you would actually want to get with, just because they weren't in these pics doesn't mean they don't exist (may I remind you that Shania Twain is Canadian and she only gets hotter each year)
Thank you , and again
On behalf of Canadians everywhere please accept my humble apologies for the majority of the cars at this show.

Wow I cant believe so many of you guys are being harsh on the VM models. I dont see where that is coming from at all. Maybe too much plastic fantastic internet **** for you guys.
Also this was a car show. Not a race event. So you are bound to have a lot of show cars there. There were cars that were so riced out that I didnt even take pictures of them. Like the right hand drive Cobalt for example. HT is too stuck up on the if its JDM its nice if its anything else then its stupid. Some people like show cars and make their cars look that way. If they like it and do it then what is the problem with that? You dont have to drive it or deal with it. Its their thing.
Anyways thanks to those who did leave kind responces. I appriciate it.

Nice photos. They cam out pretty clear for the low amount of light in there.
Were you free standing ot useing a tripod?
What kinda camera were you shooting with? ...that is if you dont mind me asking!

excellent pics, and i agree with you on the whole show car thing. those cars werent really rice, they were just flashy. i highly DOUBT they were daily driven, and the ones that looked like they were, were far less interesting to look at. rice is the spraypaint green cavalier with "VTECH" on the windshield, and 10 ft wing. but as for the models... smile?

The only lighting in the whole show was the emergency lighting that is on all the time. Everything else was supposed to be lit by the booths. Im not sure why they did this because it was a stupid idea and pretty dark inside. It made sure that you could only take pics with a flash unless you had a tripod.
Which I had
. To make the picture taking even harder some places there were lights flashing off and on like strobe lights and it was very hard on the camera to pick up focus points since it kept changing 10 times a second.
I was shooting with a Canon 300D Rebel.
