I KNOW for the 96-98 civic there is NO such thing as a skunk rear camber kit. I ordered mine from jdmhondaparts for $202 shipped. This is the front since skunk2 does NOT make the rear for the 6th gen. civic.

My Skunk2 camber kit works fine. Does what it is supposed to. The Skunk2 front kit for EK RETAILS for $219(so if they want more, go somewhere else). I got mine for 200 at motorsport dynamics.
But ask yourself, do you really need a camber kit?? If you are worried about tire wear, get an alignment. It's the extreme toe-in that you get when you lower your car more then 2" that wears out your tires. The camber plays little role in that. I'm not going to get into it again (have in many threads, try a search)....
but
serious drag racing = camber kit.
serious autox-track= camber kit.
daily driver = save your money.
Got $200 burning a hole in your pocket= sway bars, strut bars, tie-bars, then camber kit

Ok, let me clarify this....
If you lower your car, any amount, without an alignment, and you have tire wear. Camber is responsible for about 20% of that wear, and toe-in is responsible for about 80% of that.
So my point is that everyone thinks that a camber kit will fix tire wear, when in fact an alignment will fix your tire wear more then a camber kit ever can.
Camber causing tire wear is just one of those big misconceptions floating around.
Now if you like to peel out and crap, you are accelerating your tire wear, and if you have camber, thats where the tire will wear first.
However, if you like to take turns more then you like to peel out, you will get more even tire wear if you have about 1-1.5 degrees negative camber. When turning, the castor on our cars adds camber to the inside wheel.
Its really complicated, and there are a lot of variables. Take it as you wish.
FYI, my car has a hair of toe-in and have my camber SET to -1.7 in the front. My rear was at -1.5 without the washers, so I am guessing I should be close to -1 in the rear. The rear thrust angle was set to factory. I don't know how much I lowered my EK hatch, but I am running 205/40/16 tires and my fenders cover about 1/4" of the tops of my tires.
