What are your parameter settings on the hondata?

Do you have the Vtec oil pressure switch enabled?

What is your minimum throttle set at?
Minimum speed?
minimum temperature?

Try to take off the oil pressure switch - just for a second - then see if it comes on. If it does - you have low oil pressure, which could be caused by many things.
