i have a bare block d15b7 thats needs a head wondering if it would be a few horse gain to put d16a6 head on it

Only difference in the two heads is the cam.

run an aftermarket d16a6 cam in the d15 if u want a little more power out of the D15 if ur intrested go to crane cams

i'm pretty sure the d-15b7 is a 8 valve motor and i know the d16a6 is a 16 . You'll notice a differne with that head swap

incorrect....

the B7 is a 16valve 1.5L from DX Civics....or ALL base model 92-95 Civics in CANADA.

the D15B8 is the 8valve from the CX 92-95 Civics in the states.



But yes....the A6 head will work on the B7.
