i have some black ES compliance bushings sitting right next to me and they dont have those numbers stamped on them. They have "3258" stamped on the tapered part and nothing stamped on the flat part as seen in your photo.

ok so it seems these aren't energy suspension bushings. i was debating on whether i should bother installing them, in light of all the recent negative posts on poly bushings

Well, it's an easily swapable part for you to experiment with. The only problem is that every time you change them out, it can & will mess up your alignment.

I would try each one at first & then when I decided which one I liked the feel of, I would install it & stick with it. Then I would go get my alignment (as long as I was done with all my suspension work).

Your not going to experience any "binding" with poly bushings in this location...

It is a poly bushing, unsure of manufacture. I wouldn't install it. Search my posts to find out why.
