The manifold will fit all B series motors. The Piping may actually line up because the placement of the B18A/B throttle body is very similar to the placement of the B16A Throttle Body! There may need to be some slight modification to the piping but it should be in the same vicinity!

If you would change your mind and try to part it out I would buy the piping off of you. Thats just if you were to part it out.
