Suspension gurus please look!
Alright, I have a 91 ef hatch with a b16 swap. It has the full DA brake swap front & rear, with the full da suspension swap. It has koni yellows in the front and rear for a ef civic, and h&r race springs for a ef civic. The install went fine for the suspension. When I sat it down, the left rear was tucking to the point there was less than .25 inches, driving down the road, the LR tire was rubbing, the other side has about .25 inches of clearance though for some unknown reason. The front suspension on the other hand has about a 2-3 inch gap between the tire and the wheel well. The front have been on a while longer than the rear, and have settled all they are going to. The rears havent settled yet. I did use bumpstops, and they are not cut per h&r's bulletin. I have took everything apart and checked it, but cannot figure out why the front has a 2-3 inch gap and the rear is almost rubbing. The struts are still on the top ring adjustment on the struts also for the front and back for those familiar with koni struts. I did triple check the labeling on the springs and am sure i have the front on the front and the rear on the rear. Can anyone help me figure out why this is quickly turning into a nightmare? Thanks guys, ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED....
Yes we've checked a thousand times lol to just make sure that they are right, unless h&r stamped them wrong the F are on the front and R on the rear..but it honestly seems like the bigger, taller springs which are the fronts currently would be better on the rear...
We're about as confused as can be.

Part # is 51807-88. I haven't seen them installed on another car....alright, yea we've looked over everything but I know another looksee can't hurt. Its just all pretty straightforward bolting up and all...
part number is right. I just wanted to double check the easy stuff. Only thing i can think is, maybe you didn't put a washer back in and the strut is pushing through the cup. Installs are very straight forward. But when you have a few people doing it, it real easy for someone to put something in the wrong spot.
Double check, just to humor me, I'm sure something got over over looked. I have seen it happen alot of times.

What are the part numbers on the Konis? We need to amke sure you have the right ones. Depending on if they are externally or internally adjustable, front will be 8041-1166Sport or SP3 or 8040-1077 Sport and rea 8041-1153Sport and I can't recall the rear internally adjustable as it has been so long since they were imported.
Can you post a photo of the dampers and springs on the car so make sure the perches are installed right? The front perch should descend down l;ike a bell and the rear should reach up like a cup.

I don't recall the part #'s for the Koni's, but I think we've got it worked out now. I'm thinking my chassis is twisted somehow because we adjusted the left rear shock, we moved the clip on the shock and it evened everything out. We took the dustcover off the LF shock because it seemed to be keeping the spring from compressing completley. Soo now the car seems ok, it has some toe going on from the rear not being aligned but that'll be fixed tuesday morning, i'm getting an alignment from Honda. Getting my azenis 615's put on right before as well. Very excited about that. Well, thanks to everyone who helped, I do appreciate it!!
And just for reference, here is a cellphone pic I took of the install...the rotors have cleared off nicely now after a little driving and a few hard stops.
