Default 440 industrial welders

Ive been wanting to buy a tig welder for awhile now that can weld aluminum and stainless really well to.

I see all kinds of these older Industrial welders on ebay going for around a grand.
I have a 220 hook up in my garage is their any way to buy like a treansformer or something and run one of them off of 220.

Yeah I just did a google search on 220 to 440 power transformers. They cost like a G themselves. And they are about the same size as a the big *** welder is.

This is a cool looking welder.
I know nothing about welding yet but Ive always wanted one.Ive been doing searchs in here a lot the last few days.

it can run of off 220 right?Or is it like if you only run it on 220 only half of the features work.

here the link.
