Default KYB GR-2 shocks question

Im going to buy some shocks that are used, but there for a 1990 CRX will they fit my 1988. I know they are interchangable between Civic and Crx but what of the different years. When I looked up the websites it says 89-91 and seperate for 88 thats why I asked

The 88 rear is different, the front should be the same.

[QUOTE=Maxpower350]How different are the rear,

Well the 88 was offered with eye-socket lower control arm mounting points for the struts, and the 89-91 are the fork-type mounting points. Yes you could swap the LCM, but the front from the 88-91 are the same. Hope that helps.
