between 2500 and 4500 rpm my exhaust rattles like crazy...i'm thinking it's the muffler but i have no idea...also this happens at any and every throttle position (in case that helps) TIA

 

find out where it rattles...if you cant fix it. a few of my friends wraped the part that rattles with header wrap and you cant hear it anymore

 

my brothers car did that whenever he started off and was in low RPM's the only thing that was wrong with his is that his heat shield on his exhaust pipe was lose so tighten the bolts or jsut take it completely off.

 

i can tell you the problem right now... either your missing a clamp, need a new heatsheild or this one is very popular because it happened to me.. your exhaust is defective.,.. there is a rattle in the actual catback. i hope its not that only and you can exchange it

This coming from someone who didn't get tail light fluid when they bought thier altezzas...

Don't buy a "muffler bearing," it's a joke.

 

hahahahaah i felt for that as a kid (16) now i am experienced and 18 lol muffler bearing wtf @!
