Using a p30 ecu on a GSR swap?? NEED INPUT
A P30 will run the motor lean. But you could probably correct this to at least some degree with an adjustable FPR for the time being. Your best bet is to sell your P30 and get a P72. Or you can chip a P28 and run a GSR program using Crome, Uberdata, etc.
As for the code 21, this is a wiring issue. Not an ECU issue.
