car won't start :(
So here's how it all started. My gf woke me up yesterday said help car won't start! I go downstairs, turn the key, starter clicks. I try the windows, VERY weak. So I hook up a booster, fire it up okay. let it run for a little bit, try starting again, junk. So I'm pretty convinced it's the alternator.
So I swap the alternator, try starting again, kind of a really FAST clicking. I realize that there's still barely any juice in battery, so I hook up booster (yes I hooked it up correctly) and it does the same thing. I tried it like 2x, and for some reason, I decided to turn the key again. Now, dash lights do not come on, and I do not hear the fuel pump, none of the accessories work. Radio works, and the light on climate control works too, though.
Don't ask me why, but I had an extra ignition switch laying around, decided to try that on for size, same results.
I know it's going to be something super stupid, but I'm really stumped right now....

lol forgot to mention, 2000 base poonlude 5spd.
my multimeter was stolen when my toolbox was stolen, so the answer to your question is no. the battery is a 1 year old yellowtop. I have tried jumping it with a spare costco battery I have, as well as charging it w/ no cables connected via my exide charger, jumping it via a charged booster pack i have, no dice.

try tapping on your starter with a rubber mallet or something else that won't hurt metal, then try and turn the engine over again. if the starter cranks after you tap it you know its going out. does it feel like you still have low battery voltage? windows still move up and down slow, dim lights, etc.

switched out the 7-pin main relay, checked fuses, changed battery, still no dash lights in no 2/3 position of key nor does the car start.

If your car started the first time after jumping it, then that's probably your problem
