Yup. Their website is here and you can order all the manuals for your car there. These are the "official factory" manuals, and they're really well done.
Note that there are two different manuals for each car (actually, there are sometimes supplements and there are other manuals for stuff like body work and electrical troubleshooting, but that's besides the point):
The Owners Manual has the instructions for how to use the car, including how all the controls and features work, basic information, the recommended maintenance schedule you mentioned, and instructions for doing only very basic things like changing light bulbs.
The Service Manual has the detailed instructions for how to work on the car, including how to do all the scheduled maintenance as well as troubleshooting diagnostics, how to take things apart, etc.
You really should have a copy of the owners manual for your car. And if you want to work on it yourself, you really need a copy of the service manual too. They're not cheap, but they're worth every penny.

bringing this back from the dead because i just received the Service Manual 61ST702. I have a 1997 GSR, the two books i got were "service manual, 1996 integra" and there are volums 1 and 2. inside volume one it does say 61ST702...im just making sure that even though this says 1996 manual on the front, this should be ok with my 97, right?
