exhaust problem
okay, a month ago, i swapped out the C5 and went with the jdm 98 spec. i had to use the header from the C5 on the 98 spec cause it wouldnt fit onto the stock cat. i want to use the 4 into 1 header so i got a 2.5" omni power test pipe. so, my question is if i put on the jdm header with the test pipe, will the test pipe bolt onto the stock 2.25 b-pipe? i want to know before i get under the car and find out the hard way. thanks.
the C5 was reaching high miles, i just thought it would be a good time to swap it out. the jdm spec runs soooo much better. i lucked out when i bought it because the seller didnt have the stock jdm p73 ecu so he added a spoon p73 with the purchase. i was planning to use the C5 in my hatch, just have to get everything i need for the swap. but do you know the answer to my question?

If you care at all about the resale of your car, do not use the original engine in another car.

yeah, i heard something like that from my friend, the engine is just kicking it in my garage. the hatch is my new project, i was gonna use the C5 as a last resort kinda thing. if i ever sell the R, i was gonna swap it back in.
