They're not even close...design wise.
Bore/stroke isn't everything you know.

It'll never work, unless you do all the work yourself modifying either the head or the bottom end. And it won't be worth it.

Actually, they don't even share the same bore and stroke. And no, there is NO way to get a B16A head on there at ANY cost.

There is no DOHC VTEC D-Series heads, therefore no.
LS is a B-Series, as are many DOHC VTEC motors, this makes a LSVTEC and CRVTEC possible.

your killin me wit the whole V-Tec thing, its Vtakk

anyway although some people might flame for this but it has been done before.
You can actually put a z6 head on a DOHC ZC, both of them being D series blocks . Same thing as a mini me. But only D series. B and D series motor are two very different things.
I'll find the thread where D-series.org where someone did it and give you the link.

But in the meantime please stop calling a V-Tec motor or we will send the Asimo army out to your house to detain and toture you

you cant make a dohc zc vtec at all..zc's only take d series parts, and the only d series vtecs are single cam..therefore being the reason why u cant put a b16 or any other b series head on a dohc zc.. now please, go find yourself a nice b16, gsr, or build your own ls vtec, and let this thread end in silence......

actually using a D series vtec head he can. but there is no point. you should always do research when slapping heads on blocks.

As all of this is true and I've never heard of a Vtec DOHC ZC, crazier **** has been done. I saw a thread once (on here I believe) that was someone turning a f22a6 (SOHC cb7 accord) into an h22 frankenstein.

If you want to build something, just do an ls/vtec. It would be sooo much better than wasting your time/money on trying to make a vtec DOHC ZC.

Just my $.02
