wheel size 15x7 too wide?on a del sol?
I was looking into buying some PIAA wheels
will 15x7's 4x100 be too large/ wide?
I will be riding 2in down in front and 1 3/4 in rear on tein ss
I was also thinking of investing in a suspension techniques swaybar kit
the 1in fr 3/4 rear bars
please offer up any suggestions and helpful advice

depends on offset but i believe piaa wheels come in mostly fwd and 15x7 isnt that big so you should be good to go
But unless you are running an extreme offset or tire size, you should be ok.
Im currently running 15x7, 41 offset, and 205/50/15 tires, with more drop than you have and I dont rub at all.
You're working backwards.
FIRST you should decide what wheel diameter you want to use.
THEN you should decide what size tire is best for your car.
FINALLY you should decide what width wheel will work with that size tire.
In the case of a del sol, the proper size tire for 15" wheels (the one that will maintain the accuracy of the speedometer and odometer, and won't rub on the fender wells) is 195/50-15. And the best size wheel for a tire that size is 15x6, not 15x7.

Actually, giving the offset of the wheel is a +40 (which we don't know because it wsn't stated) a 15x6 or 15x7 would work perfectly fine with a 195/50-15, 195/55-15 or a 205/50-15 and wouldn't scrub
