how hard is it to install these things? and where is a goo dplace to buy?

I heard they're pretty easy to install...
Don't know from experience or testimony what the best vendor is, but this one looks ok...

i've seen sols with scissor doors, they look okay - why does everyone here seem so against it?

man lambo doors are a wast there pretty played out nowdays and they cost as much as a new engine so i would pass on em if i was you.

do it! its not too hard, just make sure to buy a good kit, don't let these noobs discourage you...

Del SOl Sir, thanks man - i know ppl think ints a waste of money but i think it looks pretty cool - someone gave me a suggestion to get some blueprints and specs and bring them to India (i'm going there in the summer) and get it made there dirt cheap... does any1 think thats possible? or just someones wishful thinking?

its possible but not advisable... you are basically gonna steal someone elses design and reproduce it in another country. its already being done by folks with connections in mexico n' or asia. even designing them yourself would be a "day late, dollar short", know what i mean? someone recently did a similar idea with the jdm 1 pc headlights, now if you search ebay under "jdm del sol" there are hundreds of 1 pc lights for sale now lol... but good luck if you go forward with the idea
