my radiator is clogged......will flushing it fix the clog???

Advance Auto and Napa both have good Civic radiators for $100. They're larger and better than stock. I use them exclusively.
And no, if your radiator is clogged bad enough that pressurized coolant won't go through it, flushing it will just damage the radiator. Replace it and move on.
