if you need to replace it you can get one for under 200 bucks

Advance Auto and Napa both have good Civic radiators for $100. They're larger and better than stock. I use them exclusively.

And no, if your radiator is clogged bad enough that pressurized coolant won't go through it, flushing it will just damage the radiator. Replace it and move on.

 

any comments on buying from streetimport or yonaka??
