Spring Cleaning (56K... go bake a cake)
Hey Everyone,
I've been putting this off forever because of the weather, but it looks like most of the storms have past so I wanted to give an update on my car. It's a 1990 Integra LS, with...
- B20B swap
- JDM B16 Cable Tranny
- Exedy Stg. 1 Clutch
- Short Shifter
- Megan Racing 4-1 Header
- 2.5" Exhaust
- Borla 3" Turbo Muffler
The future plans for it is a turbo kit w/ a Turbonetics T3/T4 once I find another daily driver. I'm hoping to push around 7-10lbs of boost on the stock block, tuned with Hondata. Here is what I have...
- T3/T4 Turbonetics Turbo
- Mini-me Turbo Manifold
- 2.5" Downpipe w/ FlexPipe
- Turbonetics Wastegate
- Greddy BOV (painted)
- Big Intercooler (idk the specs)
- Intercooler Piping (form a Del Sol)
- SS Oil Lines
- Greddy Boost and Fuel Pressure Guages
and...
- 92-93 Front and Back Bumper
- 92-93 Fenders (no hole!)
These parts are from my old integra that got totalled, see my sig. That's where the hood is from too, it is not carbon fiber. My original intention was to make the car look ugly w/ mismatched parts (and those rims) because I drive it to work and school everyday. It drew a little more attention than I expected...
I know I'm still going to need...
- 440cc Injectors
- Hondata s200
- Redo Intercooler Piping (friends that weld =
)
- Oil Pressure and EGT Guage
- Turbo Timer (I want one...)
- Golden Eagle Vacuum Manifold (for the guages)
- TUNING (tuning, tuning, and more tuning)
Now what I'm wondering is, did I leave anything out? I've been making a mental list for so long that I tend to forget things here and there. I'm gonna try to get a new car in June so look for the install pictures somewhere in July if the heat doesn't get to me. It's beautiful in Vegas but it can get pretty damn hot!
Last but not least... the pictures! (poor 56k users...)

Hm... your making me think I shouldn't paint it flat black now. Pretty soon the fenders will be the same color as the hood, so I'm gonna have to paint it something...

It's just a $40 paint job to make it all match and save me some time and money. Oh well, I'm not to that point yet so I'm not gonna worry about it. Thanks though, it's so hard being patient to build this thing.

definately a clean car for how old it is...especially the interior! Having dark tint in the summer time is nice, especially since you live in vegas! Get some new wheels and your car would look pretty hot!

lol, not my best picture but i had to use the camera's auto-timer on the hood of the truck, so i got frustrated and said 'expletive it', close enough to what i was going for.

That's definitely the plan in the future, but right now I'm already extremely paranoid about getting it stolen, rims wouldn't help much. My neighbor across the street had a 91 integra that got a bunch of things ripped out of it and windows broken. Luckily I can sell him my old shell to rebuild it. It was outside of a club though, not in my neighborhood. Thankfully.

It's actually not that bad when it comes to seeing out. The hardest thing to see are things that require detail such as street signs. When it comes to other cars on the road, especially if they are following the rules (such as using their headlights at night), then it's the same as driving without it. I wouldn't drive it unless I felt comfortable with my vision, both day and night.
