Import Builders rods. Any good?

I'm looking at getting a set of h23 rods from import builders. Has anyone had any experience with them, good or bad? anyone heard anything? thanks.

i dont think import builders makes those rods........their either eagle or probe racing rods re-packaged for IB to sell.

they are good rods for the price
