Clay Bar?
So i bought some mothers clay bar at kragen. I've been reading around about how it really brings out the shine in a car. Well i was about to do it today, but the weather said no. so that night i was talking to my friend whos dad owns a really really nice body shop and he said do not clay it myself. He said you need to have it machine buffed after the claying or the dirt will spread around and scratch the paint. Anybody have experience with this? Can someone help me out?

cool. did you buff it after the claying? or just apply the little thing of wax they provide.
anyone else?

if you drop the bar you need to buy another one.
they generally provide a post-wax treatment but i suggest going with your own wax.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Just follow the directions on there, always keep the car lubricated with the detailer spray stuff it comes with, work in small spots and move on and never drop it the bar.
