Hard Choice: GSR or ITR swap?
I've been saving up all year and i finally came up with enough money to buy my car a gsr swap but lately I've been doing research on both swaps and i am going back and forth in choosing between the two swaps. I could get another 1000 by taking a loan from my rents, pay them back in the summer with my full time job, and then buy the ITR swap or just buy the gsr swap without dept. I want a swap that has a good power band for auto cross and a peak whp around 200-220 . I heard that installing a skunk 2 intake manifold, sk2 cams, and a DC 4-1 in a gsr swap would make it faster than an itr swap. Let me know what you guys think. This is really driving me nuts! Thank you
id get a gsr swap just because i dont like being in debt.
when you work over summer. you can use that money to do a build on the gsr motor and get lsd on whichever tranny you get.

its a hard decision, but i would just save the money yourself, and do the itr swap with no debt.... i'd rather have the itr

I say if you wanna leave it stock then go with the hype-r. But if you have future plans of modding the engine(internally) I wouldn't even think of the ITR and go with the GS-R.
