Speedo, and Tach not working????

Speedo, and Tach not working????

well after checking all the fuses, the relays, and all the wiring i cant seem to find why they arent working. does anyone have any suggestions for me on why they arent working?

makes sure alll the screws are on back of the cluster wont work til there all on
