Header, hi flow cat converter and cat-back exhaust system

I'm new to this community of Honda lovers, Honda Rules !
Is this setup is a good one for an Integra :
GReddy SUS Headers (2 inch collector)
Thermal R&D High Flow cat converter (2.25 inch)
Hayame Gen2 cat-back (2.25 inch)
What is the rule for a good exhaust flow ???
