Default Weird 5th gen bogging problem..

I have had this issue for about a year now, but only recently has it started to happen alot more frequently.

No CEL lights so its hard to figure out.

Basically when I start my car, after it has been running for awhile, and I am driving, the car wont acknowledge the accelerator is being pushed down. It does go a bit, but if I floor it the car moves like a snail, and then all of a sudden it will wake up and take off like a bullet, almost like VTEC kicked in, but at like 2000rpm it happens.

It onyl does this a little bit, and then seems to run fine after I have drivne for 30 seconds or so.

Could this be a clogged cat or failing 02 sensor?

Try doing these things

-Clean IAC valve
-Clean EGR valve
-Change Spark plugs
-Change Cap and Rotor
-Run Sea Foam through the motor

-Clean IAC valve
-Clean EGR valve
-Change Spark plugs - Done less than 10,000km ago
-Change Cap and Rotor - Same
-Run Sea Foam through the motor - Same

I guess I will try the first 2 and see what happens

thanks
