can any one help me with this, i just did a timing belt on my h22a, the key on the crank will not go down far enough for me throw my crank pulley on, its lines up but will not gow down, how do u guys pull this out or get it down any suggestions?

Pull it out and go over the groove with a grill wire-brush to clean it out. Take a bit of fine sandpaper and clean up the key. Put the key in the crank and gently tap it into place. Install the pulleys. Make sure it's not moving forward out of its groove when you put the pulleys on.
