DC2 CF hatch
for those who actually splurged 6 bills to get one. How much weight did it save? What didi you use for the rear window glass? have you tried acrylic windows? dont they fog up easily?
I don't have one, but i do plan on getting one for the project car, because it will see some track time. Honestly, i dont think its worth it unless you get FAL window, because the glass is the heaviest part. I'm not sure about it fogging up easily, but i do know that it scratches really easily.

look at this for the rear glass

for the actual carbon fiber hatch, look here $450

also, i think passwordJDM and seibon also make them.
here is a link to the VIS one, it says the hatch (minus the glass/window) weighs 11lbs and is also $450

I have a seibon cf trunk and fal molded rear window fits like glove. The weight is about half of a stock hatch. It fogs up the same as the regular glass. Tap Plastics has a spray that reduces the fog. Light scratches can be buff out buy hand.
