Use a wood cutting mitersaw with a reverse rake blade and some cutting wax. Gauranteed that it will cut like butter.

For a clean cut go with a band saw with metal blade. It will cut easily and leave a clean finish. Never tried a miter saw but I like to stick with what works and leaves a clean cut.

I use a bandsaw with a little bit of cutting oil to keep the blade cool and from getting clogged. Works like a charm.

ok honestly .. bandsaw. doesnt leave to much crap behind. cut off wheel works too or a big 14" blade cut off miter saw setup but its messy and its a bitch to clean up

I use a big cut off saw. It leaves rough edge but I found a sharp utility knife is great for cleaning off the 'flaps' on the trailing edge of the cuts. Then I just face if with a belt sander. Quick and easy

I can vouch for this.

We cut aluminum track lighting at work with a mitersaw.. just wear saftey glasses.

The best way to cut almost anything for our cars.. would be a coldsaw. Cuts to the degree.
