Default anyone using the TEIN luxury springs..??

Just found out that tein has a master "luxury" master spring set. They have a 1.7" front drop and 0.9" drop in the rear. They are supposed to have very soft spring rates for comfort. Is anyone using these and where can they be sourced? How would these compare to the s-techs?? They would be for my 4 door integra...

they claim a drop of 1.7" F and 0.9" R that seems like a really strange drop..

When you consider how much heavier the nose of the Integra (or any FWD car) is than the tail, a minimal drop isn't a bad idea. If you lower the rear a lot you also have to stiffen the spring a lot. That makes for a very harsh ride indeed.

I don't know if anything can make an Integra ride well though....

if someone can produce a picture of what a 1.7" front drop with a 0.9" rear drop I might be sold on these springs.. it just seems to me like that would dump the front end....and look like a muscle car or something haaha

You want the front almost 1" lower than the rear, because the front fenders have larger wheel wells than the rear. Check out some pics of lowering springs that drop evenly, and notice how people complain about the rear looking lower than the front.

I was dropped around 3.25" front and 2.5" rear, and the tires were flush front and back.
