Quick poll....for CA swaps and BAR

Is there anyone in CA that had their JDM motors bar'd???

I am hearing mixed things about some JDM motor swaps that passed BAR in CA and others that say NO WAY!!!

Is there anyone out there that can help confirm. I am making a decision on what motor to swap in but if I have a hard time with a JDM motor, then I will just find a USDM motor.
