90-93 DA Integra H22A motor mount kit
I thought I would do a lil log for you guys on the process of making the DA H22A motor mount kit that we will be producing for the public. It will be a tight squeez much like the EFs but hoping it goes smooth.

back from the dead... the engines in its final spot for motor mount mock up. No real clearance issues in any way firewall axles etc. The DA has a lil bit more room then the EF about an inch from side to side which makes a difference. Also we are able to use a 90-93 Accord midshaft and 90-93 Integra axle on the driver side. On the passenger side the 90-93 Integra axle also works but the clip does not engage and on the splines is about 1/8" short so a 88-89 Integra outer and shaft with Accord inner joints will work. Raxle will also have this axle in stock like our EF kit. We made a little clearance on the rear crossmember like in the EF but it looks like that may not of even been necessary with the final location. Also we may be able to use the factory passenger side chassis mount with a little trimming but nothing major we will know more as the week goes on. I will take pictures as we go along. We should have the motor mount kit done by this week for production.

We got the driver side motor mount done and should have the passenger side motor mount done today. I will post pix later today. Good news looks like we are going to be able to use the stock integra passenger side chassis mount. With slight grinding nothing serious at all taking about 1/8" out of the fin a non structure part. The rear tranny mount looks like there should be no problems either so looks like you DA guys got lucky and will be a drop in. There is about 1/2" of clearance on either side of the engine from the motor/tranny to the chassis wheel wells, which is plenty.
Looks like everything is going smooth so we should be able to start taking orders next week.
I would appreciate it if you guys could spread the word and get this out to other DA/Integra forums...gen 2 etc...

too bad you didnt have these developed about a year earlier, I wanted to put an h22 in my DA but ended up selling the car and buying a DC
good work though
maybe ill pick up a DA and put an h22 in it for a little project

more pix to come. Oil pan sits about 1-1.5" lower then the lowest point on the tow hook. Gettin there...Gettin there... the case in any production kit we are constantly thinking of how we can make the kit better before we release it but we might of nailed it on the first time around...time will tell...

nice stuff
do you fabricate the hangers that are attached to the block that you are using to hold the motor up in the picture?
im kind of interested in a set if you know where to get them or if you make them yourself

Gettin there...Gettin there... We have only back rear tranny bracket and rear mount to do tom. Good news is the rear tranny bracket will be the same as our EF H22 kit and our EF H22 crossmember mount will just need to be moved over a lil more. Everything is looking good, axle alignment, engine tilt, firewall clearance, ground clearance, engines weight distribution...there is about 4" of ground clearance on a 1" drop. Which is more then plenty... equal to the EF H22 kit we sell...there is about 1/2" from highest point of valve cover to the oem hood... So hopefully should be done tom. if all goes well...

To get this kit perfect to my standards we can raise the engine higher slightly, which it will give it better ground clearance and better axle postion... so we are going to redo the 2 motor mounts and then move forward today....all in the name of perfection...
My kits EF/DA H22 come with a clutch cable/hydro conversion bracket which is the last picture above in the 1st post. The tranny stays hydro but your fork is modified to cable. So everything works like a cable tranny, no hydro plumbing etc all thrown a side. To accept our bracket we will need to modify your clutch fork its held in by a spring send it to us takes about 30 min, we do it for free just pay for shipping back...simple as that...
As far as which speedo to use... on my H22 EF the D series swaped over onto the H tranny. The whole speedo assembly. Just need to make a longer clip to hold it in. So I am thinking that it should be possible for you guys to use a B series speedo assembly and swap it onto the H tranny...if it doesn't D series will work
