I didn't bring it up, "dude". It was another member who brought us up and I responded with a correction.

yes you are listed as former when you dont have a currently running ad. all sponsors dont run ads currently, they just spread them out.
i would be listed as a normal user if i werent a sponsor and didnt have any ads left to run.
