EK '96-'00 Civic Password:JDM Aluminum Cooling Plate
For what it is meant to do yes it does work but I do not think you would notice a significant difference although cooling efficiency of the radiator would be somewhat increased. I could be wrong though but I do not see that much air traveling up and over the radiator.
