Default Intake Manifold Sensor(?) Question

My friend just swapped an H22A into my 1995 Honda Prelude. I'm currently running a P14 ECU, and I'm throwing a code. There's a little peice of white plastic on the right side of the intake manifold (if you're in front of the car looking at the engine) with two phillips screws holding it in. It's broken, and there's a hole in it. It's sucking in air, and appears to be a sensor or something that houses a small vaccum line. Anyone know what this is?

Thanks.
