99 seats into 93 civic?

99 seats into 93 civic?
i have a 93 ex 2 door civic. i ordered 99 SI leather seats 2 replace the crappy interior. will the brackets fit right? need 2 drill new holes? will the back bench fit? any info is useful. thanx
