any one?

i wired it like i previous said and its not working so i ran power wire directly to battery to check my ground and it worked. so i checked the red/green wire with volt meter and im getting a -00.0 instead of the regular 00.0 any one know why?

im pretty sure thats how i wired mine. just took the 2 same colored wires on the sidemarker and wired them together then matched them to the wires that control the outside turnsignal light. make sure you got the right ground cause i think there were like 2 or 3 and they all had different silver spots on them when i did it.

mine only has (car side) 1 ground the black and then the red/green power wire. the (fender side) has the 2 green/yellow and black. i hooked the blacks together and then connected the reg/green and green/yellow didnt work so i ran the green/yellow to the battery alone it worked so my ground is good but im not pulling power to my turn light. i have the jdm lights so that one (outer turn light)was never used b/c they dont have a hole for the light so i dont know if it worker earlier. the fuse must be fine b/c every other turn signal works. any one know what is could be why that 1 wire isnt getting power?

PS. when i use volt meter on the power wire is says -00.0 instead of the normal 00.0 display when theres no current.

the volt meter doesn't make a difference at 0 so you can forget about that.
the light may need a relay to work correctly or you could have the wrong power wire. or you may need to use two wires to power it enough.
i'm just guessing so don't take any of this as experience

ur bumper lights at the bottom should only have 2 wires. You connect the 2 hot wires out of your side marker to the hot off the bumper lights. Then the ground wires you do the same thing with, connect them to the ground. Its hard for me with out pix. You arent connecting the wires to the socket, you need to splice them together.

That would make the side markers either always on.

**UPDATE** i installed me new amber parking lights today and noticed there were 3 plugs down there. the 2 for the parking lights/turn signals and there was an extra. the extra one was what i cut into and couldnt get any power. my question now is did all ludes come pre wired for fogs? thats the only thing i can think that 3rd plug is for. any one know?

Yep that extra plug is most likely for the fogs. Mine has it also.
