Default ZEX 59300 cam.....stock ecu?

I'm going to be running the ZEX 59300 cam in my car. Engine is being built right now. The engine will evenually be turboed and tuned with hondata. Can i run this cam in my car on the stock ecu? or should i leave in the stock cam and swap it over when i go to get the car tuned after its turbod?

I just put in my d16z6 the same ZEX cam and I suggest you to do ECU tuning after that or wait for turbo and put it on then.
