Default Header for my set up?

I have a 1992 Integra RS

I have intake, exhaust and an NX nitrous kit 50-75 hp.

-What header should i get if i'm getting crower cam 404s?
-Of course i'll be spraying nitrous
-CC or SS (heard the CC would craked with the nitrous?)
-is the 2.5" collector is worth it in my case or just a waste?
-Finnaly....4-1 OR 4-2-1 for my B18A set up?

thanks

I would suggest a 4-1 SS set up since the 4-1 is for more drag orientated since its more free flowing and stainless steel since metal can withstand more heat and would not crack.

header for your setup...retard the timing on your exhaust cam...you have low end torque, what i recommend is getting a 4-1 header with a 2.5in collector and high flow cat...that way you have no bottle neck in your setup...everything work in conjunction not just one piece at a time...
side note: I had cams and was squeezing nitrous...highly getting the car tuned...or get hondata stage 2

ya i'll have cam gears toom to tune the cams. Crower did recommend me to get the 404s for my B18A since i was using nitrous. he said that i'll be fine with these.

what kind of cams you used to have?

Ok....4-2-1 for keeping my nice mid range torque....and my cams will take care of the top end power. Sounds good?

Or should i concentrate everything on the high end with the 4-1 header.....with a 6800 rpm redline?
