Is Type R crank pulley same as GSR?

Just curious to know if it is different (ie. lighter) than lesser Integras? I am referencing the USDM ITR. TIA

smaller diameter than other integras.

So by putting that on a GSR for instance would you have some of the effect a Unorthodox crankshaft pulley has by slowing down the accessories?

VERY SLIGHTLY
not noticable.
