What kind of gains to expect from spoon gears?

What kind of gains to expect from spoon gears?
I have just boltons on my gsr, so what will some nice tuned gears give me in the means of hp. I want something top quality, so I think spoon is the way to go. If anyone can give me some insight, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Gears are gears, IMO. I have the skunks gears and they do fine for me. It all depends on who tunes them and where you want your power band. Go to a good tuner and get it tuned well. You can get some decent gains but don't expect huge gains with the basic bolt ons and gears. But it's good to have if you plan to get cams later on.

i dont think gears will give you much if not any gains if you dont have cams and tuning.
but from wut ive heard just dont get the AEMs

don't gears just move the powerband? i thought they didn't ADD any hp, just move it around...
As for the gears are gears statement, I kinda agree. I think maybe it should be good quality gears are gears.
Remember the old JG gears? The ones that wore down after a month?
