Default An-r Header? Or?

I know this topic has been discussed many times.. i've done my research but a lot of threads have pics which dont work any more..

I was gonna buy the An-r Compact header but the sales rep sent me an email say'n " we aren't taking any more orders until further notice". and he wouldn't give me a response to when i could make a purchase.

so now im think'n about getting another brand.. any help?
i've read about sms, rmf, and 1320's... but i have yet to see a pic of any of their fab headers...
My price range is around $500... (by the way i have a 92' si w\ a b18c).
thanks...

It will be a couple of months until ANR will be producing headers again.

I want to say it's because the ANR headers are pretty much rips off of RMF headers.

I think Randy is filing some sort of suit against ANR?

Correct me if I am wrong.

I would spend the extra $200 and get an RMF narrow.

That's a shame, they're pretty good.

AN-R street collector is $530, and the merge is $730
How much is RMF?

I bought my RMF for $721 shipped.

All come standard with a merge collector.

I've got the AN-R compact in my CRX.

Dave at Whip Factory here in Illinois has one at his shop that he's trying to sell. It's not ceramic coated though. Give him a call at 630.922.3327. Tell him Paolo told you about the header.

$700 that's coated and like he said they ALL have merge collectors. And they are welded on so they don't leak. Why pay more and get a piece of crap.
AN-R can have the compact design. But we are going to have problems if he plans on taking my Drag style header design.
If you look on his site under B series headers the drag header is on my engine on my stand in my shop. Also the CRX in the picture is Dave's car ,The owner of IPH and it was the car used for the prototype.
How many times have you heard of AN-Rs cracking? And how many have you heard of mine cracking? NONE that I know of.
I was mad when someone copied SMSP's header. And I let everybody know about how I felt.I think that's all I need to say.
