ok heres the trick.

Pull the tensioner off for the Balancer shaft belt ( put it back on after )

Move the Tbelt tensioner so its like halfway on the shaft.

Get the belt aligned on the cams and the crank and water pump

Grab the belt while its town by the tensioner and lift up with both hands on the belt till you muscle it on the Tbelt tensioner. Then slide the tensioner back into its place and put the balancer shaft belt tensioner back in place.

damn dude it is the hardest thing in the world, ive been trying to hours on end and i cant seem to get anyhting acomplished, so your saying disconnect the tensioner all together basically pull it half way off get the belt on there then push it back on and tighten it down with the 14 mm bolt. and then attach the arm to the tension bracket where the 10 mm bolt is.
