integra front end trouble.
I had a similar problem, the fenders and hood arent aligned properly. Since you took the fenders off, they are the big problem; loosen all the nuts holding it and (slowly) lower the hood. It could be a two man job (you need to pull the fenders out (not off) and place them further out, so someone needs to pull the fenders out, then lower the hood and readjust until everything fits nice). Basically, the alignment and placement of your front end sheetmetal is off. Work from the fenders to the hood, making sure the fender/door gaps are nice and tight, then work to the hood and do the same thing until everythings nice nice
. Sometimes this takes 10 minutes, sometimes a good day, so be prepared. Some tips; when the alignment is close, tighten the bolts and work the other side (that way the closer you get to perfectly aligning everything up, the less effort it takes to finish the job), also, if you're unsure of how much space should be between panels, use a paint stirrer and if its about as small as the stirrer's width, its good. Good luck, hope this helps!

Its definetly not a DA hood. DA hoods have the washer nozzles underneath too. That doesnt look like it goes to any integra.

I don't know what type of hood that is, but that is not a JDM integra hood/ or usdm integra hood either. There should be the factory sticker on the underside of the hood telling you the chasis code for what that hood belongs to, unless someone took it off. If not, can you take a pic of the hood from the top? That way we might be able to tell you what car the hood came from!
