is this from the same place it was leaking before?

if so, sounds like your head is warped....

Finally someone esle with the exact same problem as me! My car has been sitting for months cause I can't figure out what to do! Did you apply a sealant at the corners of the block? Also what kind of intake manifold are you using? Did you get your head surfaced also? Hit me up at JDMSi92@aol.com too so we can compare and try to figure out what is wrong

i did not have the head resurfaced and i have a obx skunk 2 intake mani that i ran all last year with out any problem.

but now i just found a small 1/4 inch by 3/8-1/2 dowle(sp?) pin i believe it is. now im not 100% sure it is from this motor because my garage is used for a bunch of diff things but i was hoping that it may be the fix for it... does this pin sound familiar to anyone and if someone had a exploided pic of a gsr head that would help be out a ton too

so bump for more info

you should have your head checked out. any slight imperfection would cause that. n besides it wouldn't hurt to have the head machined.

there are 2 sizes of dowel pins on a B: 1) It has about a ~4mm diameter, this goes inside the #3 cam cap. 2) It has abuout a ~10mm diameter, there should be 2 of them used inside the block to align the head on the block.

Note: i suck at standard -> metric , and i estimated those figures above

There's three plugs in the head where oil comes out of, one is on the front where people check VTEC oil pressure, the other two are on the back, one is where everyone puts their LS/VTEC oil feed lines and the other is right next to it. Make sure neither of these three hex plugs are leaking.

I had my head pressure tested too and found not cracks what so ever. But mine was not surfaced due to the grit of sand paper that place had. But does anyone know of applying any liquid sealer at the corners of the head and block?

take it apart and check to see if every hole lines up with the gasket n block it will look like it fits if u put it on backwards i had the same problem once oil was comin out the same spot thats my opinion.....cuz if the head was warped that bad it would have been comin out before u did the gasket change
