Aircraft remover works best at a low temp, I put my wheels in an old refridgerator and left them over night (I live in Az). The next day ALL the paint was peeled. If you live where its cool slather the wheels then put them in plastic bags and leave them outside. The plastic will keep the fumes inside and help the remover work better.

I beg to differ. I used aircraft stripper on a set of racing hart cp-8's. anyway beneath the paint was a rubbery coating over the aluminum. the aircraft stripper would start to make it soft but no cookie. so then I tried to sand blast them and the coating laughed at the sand as it just bounced off. I wound up having to have them soda blasted at 400 psi to get that **** off. but anyway good luck, and get some thick rubber gloves for the aircraft stripper. that **** burns like a ****
