FS/FT: 91 Accord Wagon, 5spd, Great Condition.........PICS!.....Nashville, TN

Well I am approaching my time period of having a car too long (those who know me will understand……..I’ve owned 28 cars now and I am only 25 years old ? ). I am ready to start do a couple projects for the summer and have actually already started on a 93 Hatch that will be for sale soon as well.
Here is what I have for sale:
1991 Honda Accord Wagon
-5spd……yes that’s right, it’s a 5spd.
-Dark grey exterior, med. grey interior
-4dr
-Pwr windows/steering/locks/mirrors
-Cruise
-A/C
-Sony CD player
-15” alloy wheels w/ brand new (less than 800 miles) 205/60/15 Fuzion tires
-214,000 miles……..it’s a Honda and many more left in it
Condition:
-Well what can I say, the car runs great and has been very dependable over the last 6 months or so. The car does have high miles (214k), but the engine does NOT smoke, knock, burn or leak any oil or fluids. I really cannot believe how good the motor runs. Yes it shows it age, but it still runs excellent. I recently did a valve adjustment and the motor looked really clean.
-The tranny shifts great, although it does make a weird noise (kinda like a baseball card in a bicycle wheel), it has never shown any problems and has been like this the entire time I have had the car and has never gotten any better or worse. I have asked people what they thought it was and no one seems to know and honestly I don’t care because it doesn’t hinder the cars performance and hasn’t hindered its dependability. I mean if for some odd reason it went bad you can pick up one of these trannies for like $150.
-The exterior does show its age on the roof and hood, but in my opinion the fade is minimal for this year car and especially this color. The rest of the car is in really good shape paint wise and its all shiny.
-The interior is in excellent condition, no rips/tears/broken pieces at all, well exept that the drink holder doesn’t stay slid it, so its always out, but who cars anyway right?
-Overall the car is in excellent shape for its year and mileage. It’s been on several 3 hour trips and had no problems at all. A/C blows cold and heat gets nice and hot. All the power accessories work as they should except that the passenger rear door lock sounds like it is off the little bar inside because you have to manually lock/unlock it.
Recent Maintenance:
-Done in the last 6 months: plugs, wires, fuel filter, valve adjustment, tires/balance/alignment (tires have road hazard warranty).
-Done in the last year: distributor, timing belt
Things it Needs:
-Well not much
-Needs front brakes as of now, but I should be getting these done soon
-Could use some new speakers, but they work fine as they are.
-New owner
Overview:
-Basically it’s a very dependable and good looking car. Although it has high miles it still runs and drives great. Also very practical being a wagon….tons of room. It’s also comfortable to ride in on trips and the cruise and a/c make it even better. Would make someone a great daily driver or great project for an H22 swap or even a nice candidate for a air-ride suspension or sound car (plenty of room for subs ? ). Heck slam it on some 18”s throw a couple subs and the back and cruise.
The car has a clean title and passes emissions.
As far as price, I would really like to have around $1800 or best offer like it sits or $2000 or best offer if I go ahead and get the brakes/rotors done.
